React Application with MongoDB Back-End

Utility application to keep track of antiques and "loot" when shopping for the best deals. Idea for project came after trying to keep track of prices inside document became complicated. Content is served from back-end MongoDB database in the cloud and rendered on the front-end via ReactJS.

In addition to listing products, locations and products, the application has the ability to add and edit existing data via a REST API created with NodeJS and Express.

Maps are embedded into location pages via the `pigeon-maps` package and OpenStreetMap.org tiles to show precise location of where loot items are listed.

Single Page Application using React

Provides the ability to listen to official soundtracks (OST) of video games from YouTube. ReactJS provides the front-end code while a MongoDB database, hosted externally, provides the albums, tracks and Youtube video information. YouTube videos handle the playback and are embedded to application via YouTube embed API.

Users can save favorites from the listed albums and quickly access albums from the sidebar. Formatting of track information required building a tool to convert text descriptions from YouTube video page into normalized data format.

Single Page Application with Google Maps API Integration

Transit display application using Google Maps v3 API and GTFS data feeds. Data was normalized so that data was treated the same way regardless of provider.

Car-Free Near Me is a web application that provides car-free transit options based on an entered location.

Responsible for front-end JavaScript for application and transit data rendering. Provided users with accurate location results by using HTML5 Geolocation API along with Google's services.

Custom Wordpress Theme & Plugin Development

Wordpress custom theme along with custom plugins to handle specific functionality requested by the client. Additionally, custom database tables were integrated into system through custom PHP classes and objects to maintain previous data system.

Foothill Transit provides transit service to areas in Southern California.

Provided flexible and responsive CSS Wordpress theme to accurately render client's branding strategy. Multiple plugins to handle back-end schedule data and consumer feedback reports.

Responsive MuraCMS Theme and Module Development

Responsive design along with custom maps editor for traffic alerts. Custom map editor utilized the Google Maps JavaScript API allowed admins to create custom maps from within the site CMS admin. Integrated sign up forms with external service, Constant Contact.

The Dulles Metrorail project provides the latest updates on the Silver Line Metrorail expansion to Dulles Airport in Northern Virginia.

Established responsive theme styles and templates to accentuate client's needs of reaching greater audience with mobile devices. Provided on-demand module development for client's authoring needs of traffic alerts and custom maps. Integrated Constant Contact API into CMS via custom functionality to help simplify client's requirements for user engagement.

Helped create a more responsive site. Customized certain areas of the web site to be manageable from within the CMS.
